Laser cutting
Yawei HLE 1530 and JQ-1530CP CNC machines, metal up to 20 mm thick.

CNC punching
Yawei CNC press, 300 kN, up to 3,600 strokes per minute, ±0.1 mm accuracy.

Guillotine shearing
CNC guillotine shears, 3,050 mm cutting length, up to 6 mm thick.

Sheet bending
Yawei and Baykal CNC press brakes: 1,100 kN on a 3,100 mm table and 40 t on 1,250 mm.

Milling and engraving
DATRON M8/M35, working area 1,000×700×150 mm: aluminium, copper, alloys, plastics, laminate.

Turning
CNC turning centres.

Stamping

Frequently asked
In what format should documentation be sent?
Standard design drawings for mechanical work. For printed circuit boards we accept PCAD 4.5, 8.5, 200x, OrCad, Protel, Gerber-274X, Sprint Layout and Accel EDA.
Is engineering preparation charged twice?
No. It is carried out once and is not included in the price of a repeat order placed within 12 months.
Are there discounts for regular orders?
Yes, regular customers get a flexible discount system. Terms are agreed at the quotation stage.
Can I order a single operation?
Yes. You can order cutting only, bending only or coating only — as a separate service or as a full cycle with assembly.
