Sheet metal enters the shop as a coil and leaves as a finished product: cutting, bending, welding, coating, electronics assembly and testing. No need to coordinate five subcontractors — every stage sits next door, under one quality system.

What we do
Four productions under one roof
Metalworking
Laser cutting, CNC punching, guillotine shearing, bending, turning and milling, welding and powder coating — all on CNC equipment.
Electrical enclosures
Distribution boards, protective boxes, indoor and outdoor telecom cabinets — floor-standing or wall-mounted, made to customer drawings.
Antennas and telecom
Microstrip antennas for GSM, UMTS, LTE and Wi-Fi base stations, band filters, remote control units, mounting kits and grounding sets.
Power systems
24/48/60 V DC systems, inverters, converters and UPS from 300 VA to 200 kVA — manufacturing, sales, warranty and post-warranty service.

From a drawing to a product in a box
We join the project at any stage: from a finished drawing to designing the construction together with you. Engineering preparation is done once — a repeat order no longer pays for it.

Worth reading
Engineering preparation is paid for once. A repeat order placed within 12 months does not include it in the price.
Regular customers get a flexible discount system. In practice this means the second-year series costs less than the first — which is why customers stay with us.
How an order runs
Four steps

Drawing or sample
We accept standard design documentation. For printed circuit boards: PCAD, OrCad, Protel, Gerber-274X, Sprint Layout, Accel EDA.

Engineering preparation
We break the product down into operations, write the CNC programs and agree on material, coating and marking.
03
Manufacturing
Cutting, bending, machining, welding, coating and electronics assembly — the stages are next to each other, so the part never travels between cities.
04
Inspection and shipping
Final inspection under the ISO 9001:2015 quality system, packing and delivery to the customer.
